After Senate Education Committee passed the pre-k bill (H. 534), it then went to the Senate Appropriations Committee. That Committee has passed the bill along to the full Senate "without recommendation, " which means that they did not take a position in it.
It will most likely be voted on tomorrow (Wednesday.) If you haven't called your Senators, there is still time to call and leave a brief message saying “Please support H.534.”.
